“Chiclana drawn” brings together a selection of drawings by José Luis Díaz de la Torre and Antoni Gabarre, in which both artists depict—from different styles and perspectives—the streets, landscapes, and traditions of Chiclana.
Created mostly nearly forty years ago, these drawings now hold significant artistic and documentary value, as they show us places that have changed over time or have even disappeared. We are presenting these works to the public for the first time, coinciding with the 150th anniversary of Chiclana being granted city status.
